Refund policy

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry and apparel is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@prattdaddy.com to discuss your particular situation.

Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

AN ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If for any reason we are forced to refund a cancelled order or item, the client will forfeit processing fees of at least 60%. Orders that are unclaimed at customs will also forfeit processing fees of at least 60%. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who seems to be abusing the return policy.
